Sunway Lagoon Theme Park

Park Rules and Regulations:

• Safety: Sunway Lagoon emphasizes safety with mandatory bag checks, rules for children (must be accompanied by adults), and adherence to height and weight restrictions for rides.
• Guest Conduct: Disruptive behavior and profanity are prohibited, and violators may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
• Food & Drinks: Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed, except for infants or those with special medical needs.
• Re-admission: Wristbands are for one-time admission only, and re-entry is not permitted.
• Weather: Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to close due to inclement weather. 

Ticket Policies:

• Online Ticket Purchases: E-tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours before the visit. 
• Non-transferable and Non-refundable: E-tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and can be used only once. 
• No Refund: Sunway Lagoon does not offer refunds for tickets. 

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. 
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. 
• If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
