Dress Code: Batu Caves is a religious site, so it's important to dress respectfully. This generally means covering your shoulders and knees. For women, this could involve wearing a long skirt or pants and a top that covers the shoulders. Men can also wear shorts or pants, but it's a good idea to ensure they cover the knees. If you don't have appropriate clothing, sarongs are available for rent at the entrance.
Monkeys: The caves are home to monkeys that are known to grab at bags and belongings, especially if they smell food. It's best to keep your belongings secure and avoid bringing snacks that might attract them.
Shoes: As a place of worship, it's customary to remove your shoes before entering the temple area.
Stairs: Be prepared for the 272 steps leading up to the main cave.
Entrance Fee: Entrance to the main cave complex is free, but donations are accepted.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
