The Green Planet

Detailed Terms and Conditions:

• Entry: Entry to The Green Planet Dubai is only permitted with a valid ticket, which must be presented upon request. 
• Supervision of Children: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are responsible for the care and conduct of children in their charge. 
• Age Restrictions: Child rates apply to ages 2-10, and adult rates to those 11 and above. Proof of age may be requested. 
• Safety: Guests must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions from The Green Planet team. 
• Food and Beverages: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the facility. 
• Personal Belongings: Guests should not leave valuables unattended, and The Green Planet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 
• Online Bookings: Online bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. 
• General Admission: General admission to The Green Planet is separate from special experiences like the overnight program. 
• Animal Interactions: Animal interactions are supervised by trained staff and may be subject to animal availability. 
• Overnight Program: The overnight program has specific terms including designated prayer rooms, restrooms, and shower facilities. 
• Camping: Camping tents are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and may be shared with other guests. 

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
