General Terms & Conditions:

• Entry: Access is date-specific and non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. 
• Children: Children 0-2.99 years old enter free of charge, while those under 13 must be accompanied by a person aged 16 or older. 
• Outside Food & Drink: Outside food, beverages, glassware, and alcohol are not permitted. 
• Safety: Guests should enter pools and attractions feet first, and diving is not permitted. 
• Medical Conditions: Certain rides are not recommended for individuals with specific medical conditions. 
• Appropriate Swimwear: Appropriate swimwear is required. Street clothes, long and flowing dresses, underwear, or transparent clothing are not allowed. 
• Jewelry: Jewelry is prohibited. 
• Transfers: Sharing transfers are subject to availability and may be adjusted for traffic conditions. 
• No Show: Guests who miss their scheduled transfer or arrival time will be considered a no-show, with no refunds or alternative transfers provided. 
• Management's Right: The park reserves the right to reschedule, adjust pricing, or cancel tours or attractions due to weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons. 
• Payment: Wild Wadi accepts credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments, but not cash-only.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
