General Rules and Regulations:

• Identification: A valid photo ID or passport is required for entry. 
• Dress Code: Appropriate and respectful attire is expected. 
• Food and Drink: No outside food or beverages are allowed inside. 
• Exhibits: Visitors must not touch or remove items on display. 
• Children: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. 
• People of Determination: Children under 3 and people of determination with 2 companions receive free entry. 
• Pets/Animals: Pets and animals are not permitted, with the exception of service dogs accompanying individuals with disabilities. 
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited. 
• Sharp Objects: Toys and sharp objects are not permitted. 
• Bags and Strollers: Large bags and strollers may need to be stored at designated locations. 
• Photography: Tripods and flash photography may be restricted. 

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
