• Ticket Validity: Tickets are typically valid only for the date specified and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
• Age and Height Restrictions: Some attractions may have age and height restrictions, particularly for activities like glass-bottom boat rides or encounters with certain animals.
• Accompanying Adults: Children under a certain age (e.g., 15) usually require adult supervision.
• Safety Guidelines: Visitors are expected to adhere to safety guidelines, including those related to social distancing and any specific instructions from the venue. 
• Refunds and Cancellations: Tickets are generally non-refundable, and no refunds are given for unused tickets or partly utilized services. 
• ID Proof: Valid ID proof may be required for entry. 
• Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods may be limited to credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments, excluding cash.
• Voucher Validity: If using a voucher, confirm the validity dates and any associated terms and conditions.
• Liability: Participating in attractions is at your own risk and liability.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
