Entry Requirements & Conduct:

• Identification: Visitors must carry a valid photo ID, such as a passport for foreign nationals, for verification purposes. 
• Attire: Visitors are expected to wear respectful attire at all times and may be denied entry for unacceptable clothing, according to the park's website. 
• Prohibited Items: Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park. 
• Animals/Pets: Animals and pets are not permitted within the park grounds. 
• Misconduct: The park management reserves the right to expel visitors involved in misconduct or posing threats to park assets. 
• Safety Instructions: Visitors must adhere to all safety instructions, including those provided verbally, posted, or by security personnel. 
• Restricted Items: Cars, scooties, bicycles, hoverboards, and balls are not allowed within the park. 

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
