General Terms and Conditions:

• Valid Photo ID: A valid photo ID or passport is required for entry. 
• Dress Code: Respectful attire is required, reflecting the cultural values of the UAE, according to Global Village Dubai. 
• Outside Food and Beverage: Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted. 
• Children's Safety: Children may need to wear a safety wristband. 
• Animals: Pets are not allowed inside Global Village. 
• Last Entry: Last entry is typically 30 minutes before closing time. 
• Free Entry: Children under 3 and guests over 65 may be eligible for free entry. 
• Ticket Resale: Tickets and services are for personal use and gifting only. Resale for commercial purposes is not allowed without authorization. 
• Force Majeure: Global Village reserves the right to extend or amend opening hours, or refuse entry in cases of force majeure.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. 
• This experience requires good weather.If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. 
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers.If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
