Safety: Lifeguards are on duty at the water park, and safety instructions are posted at each ride, which must be followed at all times. Height restrictions are enforced.
Supervision: Groups and schools are responsible for providing adequate supervision for children, especially those who cannot swim.
Accessibility: Legoland Dubai offers wheelchair-accessible entrances, parking, and restrooms.
Outside Food: Outside food is not permitted, except for baby food and meals for special dietary needs.
Activities: Legoland Dubai features a variety of activities, including morning exercises for kids, mascot appearances, and various play areas.
Rides & Slides: All rides and slides are inspected daily and annually, and are operated by trained staff.
Theme Park and Water Park: You can potentially experience both the theme park and the water park in one day.

Outside Food and Drink: Outside food is generally not permitted, with exceptions for baby food and small meals for special dietary needs.
Re-entry: Guests can re-enter LEGOLAND Dubai on the same day with a valid ticket.
Payment Methods: Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments.
Dress Code: While there isn't a strict dress code for the overall Dubai Parks and Resorts, comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended for walking around the park. Appropriate swimwear is required for the LEGOLAND Water Park.
Baggage Storage: The park offers baggage storage facilities.
Dining and Services: LEGOLAND Dubai has on-site restaurants and offers various dining and service options.
Kid-Friendly: LEGOLAND Dubai is designed with kids in mind and offers a variety of kid-friendly activities and attractions.
Miniland: The park features the first indoor, air-conditioned Miniland in the world.
Combination with Water Park: You can visit both the LEGOLAND theme park and the LEGOLAND Water Park on the same day. Some suggest visiting the water park early and then the theme park later in the afternoon.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
