General Conditions:

• Ticket Validity: A valid ticket is required for entry and must be retained for inspection. 
• Age Restrictions: Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older). 
• Prohibited Items: Weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, and other dangerous articles are typically not allowed. 
• Food and Drink: Outside food and drinks are often restricted. 
• Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is usually prohibited except in designated outdoor areas. 
• Dress Code: While there isn't a strict dress code, comfortable shoes are recommended. 
• Lost or Damaged Tickets: Lost, destroyed, or damaged tickets may not be replaced or exchanged. 
• Re-entry: Leaving the attraction generally requires purchasing a new ticket for re-entry. 

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
