Key Terms and Conditions:

• Swimwear: Appropriate swimwear is required, and certain items like thongs, transparent swimwear, underwear, denims, and loose clothing (abaya, dishdash, etc.) are not allowed in the water. 
• Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages, including glassware and alcohol, are prohibited. 
• Diapers: Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or attraction. 
• Tickets: Purchasing tickets online is recommended for convenience and to potentially bypass queues. 
• ID: A valid photo ID is required for entry. 
• Payments: Credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments are accepted, but cash is not.
• Accessibility: Aquaventure offers wheelchair-accessible facilities, including elevators, entrances, parking, and restrooms.
• Other amenities: The park offers baggage storage, restaurants, restrooms, and Wi-Fi.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. 
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
