General Terms & Conditions:

• Age Restrictions: Children aged 2-11 require a child ticket and must be accompanied by a paying adult. Infants under 2 are free but must sit with a paying adult. 
• Ticket Validity: Tickets are generally valid only for the specific date and time of the show and are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Creek Park Entry: Dubai Dolphinarium show tickets do not include the Creek Park entry fee. Visitors need a NOL card with a minimum AED 5 credit for park entry. 
• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule encounters may be considered with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability and approval. 
• Refunds: Refunds are generally not given for age-inappropriate tickets or for cancellations not meeting the rescheduling criteria. 
• Conduct: Visitors are expected to maintain appropriate behavior, dress decently, and supervise minors. 
• Smoking and Intoxicants: Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas. Consumption of intoxicants is prohibited.

• This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason.
• If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
